About the Role:
We are currently seeking ahighly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leaderto oversee our repalletisation operations and lead a team of 20 warehouse operatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be responsible for ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of 20 warehouse operatives in daily repalletisation tasks
  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met
  • Plan and delegate work to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Conduct daily team briefings and promote effective communication
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the warehouse
  • Support training and onboarding of new staff
  • Liaise with warehouse management to report progress, issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Strong background in repalletisation and general warehouse operations
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Basic IT and reporting skills (e.g. using WMS systems, MS Excel or handheld scanners)
