Warehouse Team Leader Repalletisation Location: Scunthorpe DN16 Salary: £15ph Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary Start Date: 10/07/2025 Shifts : 08:00-17:00 Days : Monday-Friday About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee our repalletisation operations and lead a team of 20 warehouse operatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll be responsible for ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and driving team performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and support a team of 20 warehouse operatives in daily repalletisation tasks Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met Plan and delegate work to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks Conduct daily team briefings and promote effective communication Maintain high standards of health and safety, cleanliness, and organisation in the warehouse Support training and onboarding of new staff Liaise with warehouse management to report progress, issues, and improvement opportunities Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards Requirements: Proven experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor Strong background in repalletisation and general warehouse operations Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards Basic IT and reporting skills (e.g. using WMS systems, MS Excel or handheld scanners) If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic looking to contribute to a thriving team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Warehouse Team Leader If you are interested please apply or contact Agata on 0151 908 0013!
