Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable HGV Class 1 Tramper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years class 1 experience, 25 years+ with a clean licence.

This isn\’t \”typical tramping\” as some weeks could be Monday to Friday every night out and some may only be 3/4 nights out so you can stay at home.
There are potentials of Saturday work at least 1 Saturday a month
Responsibilities
- Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles, Confidence in the transportation of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the lorry is in safe working condition.
- Plan routes efficiently to optimise delivery times while adhering to legal driving hours.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel consumption.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
- Provide excellent customer service when delivering goods, ensuring that all items are handled with care.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 driving licence is essential.
- Proven experience
