Class 1 HGV driver in Stoke-On-Trent

We are seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the deliveries of goods to customers across the UK.

Duties

• Drive Class 1 HGV
• Unload via tail lift
• Plan routes to meet delivery schedules
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns

Shift & Pay

• Monday to Sunday shifts available
• DAYS – £17.53
• NIGHTS – £17.93
• SATURDAY – £18.49
• SUNDAY – £20.17
• NIGHT OUT IF COMPLETED £25
• 8 HOURS MINIMUM GUARANTEE

The above rates are inclusive of Holiday pay.

Holiday pay can also be separately accrued.

Skills:

• Possess a valid C+E Class 1 HGV licence – 12+ Months C+E experience
• Valid CPC and tachograph
• No more than 6 points for MINOR offences
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
