Office Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)

We have a vacancy for a Private Law solicitor who can run a mixed caseload of private family law files, including divorce/finance, children and domestic violence files to work in our busy family department based at our Newport Street, Bolton office. The position will involve travel to courts and other offices; therefore, the candidate must have a car available for work use. Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.
Job Role Duties
- Run own private caseload
- Capability of undertaking a mix of Legal Aid two in Bolton and one in Atherton, Bury, Chester, Farnworth, Horwich and Middleton.
Although we pride ourselves on being a regional firm, a number of our departments service clients throughout England and Wales. The firm holds a number of industry-related accreditations across all its service areas, in particular the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
