Location: Newport Street

Office Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.

Job role:

  • Inputting data on the RTA Portal
  • Assisting a Fee Earner
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering incoming calls and emails/enquiries and, if necessary, directing them to the relevant individual
  • Booking appointments
  • Clerical duties involving; sorting post, faxing, filing and scanning
  • Legal administration support such as; opening files, typing and other legal and office administration support as required

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Previous Personal Injury experience is preferred but not essential
  • Case Management System experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent keyboard and IT skills
  • Organisational skills with ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • GCSE level at Grade C and above (or equivalent) in the main academic subjects such as English and Maths.
