Location: Newport Street
Office Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
Job role:
- Inputting data on the RTA Portal
- Assisting a Fee Earner
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering incoming calls and emails/enquiries and, if necessary, directing them to the relevant individual
- Booking appointments
- Clerical duties involving; sorting post, faxing, filing and scanning
- Legal administration support such as; opening files, typing and other legal and office administration support as required
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Previous Personal Injury experience is preferred but not essential
- Case Management System experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent keyboard and IT skills
- Organisational skills with ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- GCSE level at Grade C and above (or equivalent) in the main academic subjects such as English and Maths.
