We have a vacancy for a Private Law solicitor who can run a mixed caseload of private family law files, including divorce/finance, children and domestic violence files to work in our busy family department based at our Newport Street, Bolton office. Position will involve travel to courts and other offices; candidate must have a car available for work use. Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.
Job Role Duties
- Run own private caseload
- Capability of undertaking a mix of Legal Aid & Private Family work in all areas
- Ability to use CCMS and have a sound understanding of legal aid criteria
- willingness to conduct own advocacy
Skills Required
- Experience in private law

- Excellent attention to detail (accuracy essential)
