An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to work at our Middleton office. Applications are invited from Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE. The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with a variety of Clinical Negligence cases including claims against the NHS, Private Consultants and GPs.

Job Role

  • Manage a clinical negligence caseload.
  • Provide advice and guidance to clients.
  • Knowledge and experience of Proclaim Case Management System is desirable.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Strong Litigation experience.
  • Excellent keyboard and IT skills.
  • Organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
