Location: Chester
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
We have a vacancy for a Solicitor to work in our very busy Conveyancing Department at our Chester office.
Responsibilities
- Run own caseload and work independently
- Ability to prioritise and delegate as appropriate
- Ability to maintain existing client base and generate new opportunities
- Ability to network
Qualifications / Skills
- Experience of dealing with purchase/sale transactions and leases
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail (accuracy essential)
- Good communication skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work well within a team
