Location: Newport Street

Office Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.

We have a vacancy for a Business Administration Apprentice based at our Newport Street, Bolton office. The position will involve providing support and assistance to fee earners and other support staff. Full and continued training will be given.

Responsibilities

  • To undertake filing, scanning, faxing and photocopying when necessary
  • To provide support to fee earners and support staff
  • Cover Reception during periods of absences
  • Legal administration support such as opening files, typing and other legal and office administration support as required

Skills Required

  • Must have good organisational skills
  • Must have attention to detail (Accuracy essential)
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Motivated, friendly, confident, reliable
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Data Base and Outlook

Qualifications

GCSE level at Grade C/5 and above (or equivalent) in the main academic subjects such as English and Maths.
