Location: Bolton

Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.

We have a vacancy for an experienced Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE) to work in our very busy Conveyancing Department at our Bolton office.

Duties:

  • Run own caseload and work independently
  • Ability to prioritise and delegate as appropriate
  • Ability to maintain existing client base and generate new opportunities

Skills Required:

  • Experience of small business transactions would be useful along with purchase/sale transactions and leases.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail (accuracy essential)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
