Location: Bolton (Newport Street)
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
We have a vacancy for a public law associate solicitor to work in our busy Family Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE with children panel accreditation. The position will involve travel to courts and other offices therefore candidate must have a car available for work use. Partnership opportunities exist for the right candidate.
Job role
- Be responsible for a caseload of care/public law files
- Undertake own advocacy
- Run own caseload and work independently
- Be responsible for your public law team
- Provide support/training to the team as required
- Support Head of Department managing the firm-wide public law team
Skills Required
- Experience in public law
