Office Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)

We have a vacancy for a Conveyancing Administrator (Apprentice) to work in our busy Conveyancing Department based at our Bolton office. The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
Job role
- Effectively maintain the case management system, search files and excel spreadsheets.
- Ensure any requests are undertaken within the agreed timeframe.
- Order residential and commercial property searches from suppliers for our Conveyancing Department.
- Accurately plot land and properties to be searched against.
- Email reports and documents, photocopying/scanning.
- Use the accounts system to raise invoices.
- May be required to assist with the typing up of search reports.
Skills Required
- Need an ability to multi-task and work under pressure with a considerate and kind manner.
- Good organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail (accuracy essential).
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
