An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PI Solicitor to work at our Middleton office. Applications are invited from 3 years PQE+

Job role:

  • Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
  • Experience and the ability to run a caseload of 150+ Claimant PI Files.
  • Experience in dealing with MOJ Portal, RTA cases, EL and PL fast track and multi track cases.
  • Knowledge and experience of Proclaim Case Management System is desirable.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Excellent keyboard and IT skills.
  • Organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

The firm holds a number of industry related accreditations across all its service areas, in particular the Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
