The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.
We have a vacancy for a Family Paralegal to work in our busy Family Law Department, public law team at our Newport Street office. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Family Law department. The position may involve travel to courts, meetings and other offices, therefore the ideal candidate would have a car available for work use. Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided. Initial training will be conducted at our Bury office so the ability to travel to/from Bury is required in the first instance.
Job role
- Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Arranging appointments and meetings
- Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies
- Diary management
- Prepare bundles
- Client contact
- Use of CCMS would be an advantage
- Opportunity to progress for right candidate
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Ability to work independently
- Use of own initiative
- Good presentation and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good IT Skills
