We have a vacancy for a Head Receptionist to join our prestigious Firm.
The position will involve overseeing all reception teams and assisting with general office administrative duties.
The successful candidate will be expected to oversee all reception areas across all our offices, therefore must have access to a car.
Job role
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- To provide excellent customer service promoting the firm whenever possible
- Overseeing cleaner contracts across all branches
- Making sure first aiders are organised and first aid boxes are fully stocked and replenished
- To make telephone contact with clients and outside bodies as necessary
- Opening, distributing and franking the offices post.
- Organising and dealing with the franking contracts
- Providing training on the telephone system
- Authorising holidays for all receptionists
- Cover for reception branches during holidays and/or absences
- Other administrative duties assigned from time to time.
