Location: Middleton Office

Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)

We have a vacancy for a full time Legal Secretary to work in our Probate Department at the Middleton office. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Probate department. Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team will be provided.

Job role

  • Providing secretarial assistance to a solicitor
  • To arrange appointments and meetings
  • Filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Providing general day to day administration to the Probate department
  • Diary management
  • Telephone contact with clients
  • Closing letters
  • Bills and Cheques

Skills Required

  • Experience in probate law at secretarial level
  • Excellent typing ability, work processing and IT skills
  • Must have good organisational skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Motivated, friendly, confident, reliable & team player
