The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.
You will assist the department on litigation and dispute resolution cases, as part of a busy and successful team. Your work will include property management advice; possession proceedings, debt recovery claims and the opportunity to support lawyers on a wide variety of other litigious matters. You will be undertaking chargeable work as a fee earner with a personal time and fee target and non-chargeable work that may include, but is not limited to, preparing reports for clients, providing assistance with marketing activities and undertaking appropriate training.
Technical Skills And Expertise
Experience within an office environment and previous litigation experience are desirable but not essential. You will be expected to be largely self-supporting in regard to typing and administration and you will demonstrate excellent IT and keyboard skills in addition to literacy, numeracy and attention to detail. You will manage multiple files to strict deadlines and will require strong organisational and time management skills.
