The Residential Property Department with offices in Holborn and Putney is looking for a candidate who can demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, commercial acumen, technical expertise, and be a real team player. A proven track record in business development and marketing is essential, along with a history of meeting fee and time targets. We offer a stimulating environment, working alongside friendly and supportive colleagues. You will have a passion for business development, actively working to strengthen and develop new client relationships.

  • You will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:
  • Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Deeds of Variations of Leases
  • Transfers of Equity
