About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Exeter store — someone who blends commercial acumen with a genuine passion for people, product, and premium service.

  • As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of store performance, creating an inspiring and supportive environment for your team and delivering a best-in-class customer experience that reflects our brand values.
  • Lead and develop your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Create a client-first culture that drives service excellence and customer loyalty.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is well presented and replenished.
  • Deliver high operational standards across all areas including compliance, back-of-house and cash procedures.
  • Partner with your Area Manager and People team to recruit, train and retain top retail talent.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and role model in every interaction.

About You

  • Previous experience in premium/luxury retail store management is desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach.
  • Commercially aware with a track record of driving sales performance.
  • Passion for footwear, fashion and styling.
  • Confident, polished and customer-focused.
  • Organised, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
