About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Exeter store — someone who blends commercial acumen with a genuine passion for people, product, and premium service. As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of store performance, creating an inspiring and supportive environment for your team and delivering a best-in-class customer experience that reflects our brand values.
- Lead and develop your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Create a client-first culture that drives service excellence and customer loyalty
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is well presented and replenished
- Deliver high operational standards across all areas including compliance, back-of-house and cash procedures
- Partner with your Area Manager and People team to recruit, train and retain top retail talent
- Act as a brand ambassador and role model in every interaction
About You
- Previous experience in premium/luxury retail store management is desirable
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach
- Commercially aware with a track record of driving sales performance
- Passion for footwear, fashion and styling
- Confident, polished and customer-focused
- Organised, reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
