Weβre looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Exeter store β someone who blends commercial acumen with a genuine passion for people, product, and premium service.
As Store Manager, youβll be responsible for all aspects of store performance, creating an inspiring and supportive environment for your team and delivering a best-in-class customer experience that reflects our brand values.
- Lead and develop your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Partner with your Area Manager and People team to recruit, train and retain top retail talent
- Act as a brand ambassador and role model in every interaction
- Previous experience in premium/luxury retail store management is desirable
- Commercially aware with a track record of driving sales performance
