We’re looking for a commercially savvy and solutions-focused Production Manager to take the lead on global footwear and accessories production at Russell & Bromley. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage everything from PO issue to warehouse inbounding, working closely with our European suppliers, QC teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure stock arrives on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be key to building an efficient, scalable supply chain while ensuring compliance with REACH and sustainability standards across multiple markets.

About the Role
- Manage the full production lifecycle from PO to inbound delivery
- Own supplier onboarding and KPI performance reporting
- Book factory slots, negotiate pricing, and issue accurate bulk POs
- Maintain the bulk intake tracker, overseeing all inbound shipments
- Uphold REACH, sustainability, packaging and labelling compliance
- Lead QC processes, inspections, and third-party testing
- Support cash flow forecasting, payment terms, and supplier contracts
- Be the key link between production and warehouse teams for seamless handover
- Manage and mentor a Production Assistant and regional QC teams
- Drive improvements in lead time, margin accuracy, and stock delivery
About You
- 8–10 years’ experience in EU leather goods or footwear production
- Strong knowledge of shoe and bag construction, raw materials, and supply chain operations
- Experience working in medium-high volume fashion retail is a plus
- Confident managing suppliers in Italy, Spain, Portugal — language skills are a bonus
- Able to travel across Europe as needed
- Highly organised, commercially aware, and calm under pressure
