About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Press Assistant to support the running of our busy Press Office. You will assist with managing sample movements, coordinating press assets, and supporting the PR team across day-to-day tasks — all while helping raise awareness of our brand through holistic 360 communications. This role offers great exposure to fashion PR and talent management in a fast-paced, varied environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sample movement and maintain accurate records
- Liaise with couriers and external contacts
- Compile weekly and monthly press reports
- Support image and credit requests
- Maintain seasonal assets and press showroom standards
- Assist with press events, meetings, and diary management
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative campaign ideas
- Attend industry events to stay current on trends
- Assist in coordinating seasonal press days and events
About You
- Passionate about fashion and media landscape
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in fashion PR, ideally through agency or in-house internships desirable
- Confident, personable, and proactive attitude
- Good knowledge of publications, talent, and social media influencers
- Flexible and able to work occasional out-of-hours events
