About the Role

As Concession Manager at our Fenwick York location, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our brand presence within this premium department store. You’ll lead a small team, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive performance and represent our brand with pride.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading by example on the shop floor to drive sales and KPIs
• Providing coaching and development to your team to deliver five-star service
• Ensuring effective visual merchandising and stock replenishment
• Building strong relationships with Fenwick colleagues and management
• Managing rotas, holiday planning, and store operations in line with company expectations

About You

You’ll bring proven retail leadership experience, ideally within a fashion, footwear or accessories environment, and have the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Passionate about styling and luxury customer service
• An excellent communicator and team player
• Organised and proactive, with great attention to detail
• Confident in using store systems and analysing performance
