We’re looking for a Concession Manager to lead our Russell & Bromley team in Fenwick, York. About the Role

  • As Concession Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, ensuring the store meets and exceeds sales and service expectations.
  • Driving sales and profitability, maximising business performance and achieving key KPIs.
  • Leading and motivating your team, setting high standards for service and engagement.
  • Managing operations, including stock security, administration, and cash handling.
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience, acting as a role model for service excellence.
  • Overseeing visual merchandising, ensuring the store presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Handling staff matters professionally, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

About You

  • Has at least two years’ experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Is passionate about fashion and customer service, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Thrives in a leadership role, inspiring and motivating a team.
  • Is highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
  • Brings strong communication skills, resilience, and a positive attitude.
