Role & Responsibilities
As Interim Operations Director you will be responsible for the team and have a focus on transformation of current activities with the improvement of the customer experience and journey being the main output; and also a major re-platforming of the mortgage operations. You will manage a large operational team and as well as setting the direction for the team, you will work with individuals and groups to enable "buy in" of the new direction and potential change in daily activities. The role will involve both hands-on people management, as well as working to a more strategic group focus in accordance with other areas of the business working on the strategic change plan.
