We are working with a fast growth British fashion brand with about 50 staff. Our retail client is entering their next stage of growth and development and seeks an Interim MD immediately to provide operational leadership and support. This may then lead to a permanent MD search. Interim role for 3 to 6 months. IR35 status tbd.

- Have strong experience operating within businesses at and above this scale
- Be comfortable working within a founder-led environment
