Russam is working with an international health organisation.
Role &Responsibilities
They have an immediate requirement for a hands-on Interim Head of Finance.
As a key member of the leadership team you will lead on:
- all aspects of financial and resource planning and reporting
- ensuring effective financial processes, business partnering, analysis and decision support
- ensuring that the finance team works as a valued business partner across the organisation
The Desired Applicant
You will have prior experience at this level within the not for profit/charity sector with a relevant accountancy qualification.
You will be able to cover the day-to-day financial management whilst undertaking a review of the finance set up and make recommendations for the future.
With a good eye for detail and strong written and verbal communication skills you will relate to and work with people at all levels and share the vision and ideals of the charity.
This is expected to be a full-time appointment for at least 3 months.
