Our Client

Our client is a charity which supports emergency situations overseas.

About the Role

Following a comprehensive governance review, there is a requirement for someone to support the board by implementing the recommendations. These range from establishing clear terms of reference for committees through to improving broader board processes.

About You

You will be an experienced charity governance manager who is either working part time and has the flexibility to deliver this project, or you are an interim manager/consultant with plenty of experience doing this sort of work.
