There is a potential to earn up to £41,759 per annum after completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service. 40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The post can be based at any one of our locations in Sheffield, West Midlands, Gloucestershire, Bristol and East Sussex.
We are looking to recruit a Technical Services Manager to this newly created role at an exciting time of expansion and development. You will be required to contribute to the whole life of the School, College and Charitable Trust, always remembering that our core purpose is to improve the education and lives of the young people at all of the Trust’s provisions.
Responsibilities:- The post holder will work as a member of the Central Services Technical Services Team and will have particular responsibility for the adoption, administration and development of the Trust’s Sharepoint and Teams systems.
- Take a cross-Trust lead on a specified skill area; the desired skill set for this role is Microsoft Sharepoint/Teams implementation, user training and management.
- Provide mentoring, advice and guidance to all staff regarding the features and capabilities of Sharepoint and Teams.
- Support other members of the Technical Services team to administer Sharepoint and Teams independently.
- The ideal candidate will have a solution-focused attitude and good interpersonal skills in order to provide a customer focused service across the Trust.
- It is desired that the ideal candidate for this role will have a skillset in Microsoft Sharepoint/Teams implementation and management.
