The purpose of the role is to ensure each student benefits from Ruskin Mill Trust’s Practical Skills Therapeutic Education (PSTE) and receives the training and support they need to fulfil the outcomes identified in their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Requirement to be on the college on call Duty Manager team; a rota system that provides safeguarding support, advice, and guidance (and intervention where necessary) on evenings, weekends, and college holidays.
