The core purpose of this role is to formally deputise for the Head of College Residential and ensure operational leadership and management of a range of residential provision to customers in the locality.
The Deputy Head of Residential (Registered Manager) may be required to be Registered Manager for a number of the households within the residential provision after thorough induction into the service and need to work the hours to meet the needs of the residential provision.
