Based in Clent, this role involves working as a Residential Support Worker – Child (3 Long Days) for 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

  • 3 x Long Day Shifts: 7am - 9pm (inclusive of 2 x 20 min breaks)
  • Flexible working to include a minimum of 2 weekends off a month
  • 4 days off across the week for work-life balance
  • Competitive annual leave allowance

You must be at least 23 years old.

Salary Range (FTE): £25,386 - £26,217 per annum, subject to qualifications. Once qualified in L3 Health and Social Care, there is potential to earn up to £27,292 after further completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service.

Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night (Approximately £3,500 additional payment when working 1 sleep-in shift per week).

Welcome Bonus of £1500 (subject to Tax/NI) after successful completion of the 6-month probation period. Full details can be found in the policy.
