We are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Careers and Employability Lead to join our college team. In this role, you will lead on the design, delivery and quality assurance of a high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme, ensuring full alignment with the Gatsby Benchmarks, Ofsted expectations, and the long-term aspirations of our students.
