Ruskin Academy is looking for a class teacher with middle leadership responsibilities to join our KS2 team. The successful candidate will be committed to becoming a highly effective teacher. We look to recruit staff that engage and inspire both pupils and colleagues. Successful candidates will be resilient, hardworking and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our provision is 'Good or better, everyday'

As a middle leader you would be part of the Leadership team, develop consistent practice in teaching and learning, pastoral care, safeguarding and behaviour, ensuring that children achieve the highest standards of attainment and achievement.
