We have an opportunity for a surveyor to join our diverse, passionate and thought leading team. We work nationally and internationally to help customers with their insurance valuation requirements.
A diverse and rewarding role which will involve providing assessments of building reinstatement costs for insurance purposes to a range of clients and sectors. We value buildings and structures ranging from airports, ports, transport system, chemical plants, listed buildings, offices, shopping centres, schools and universities, stadiums and hotels. The successful candidate would demonstrate experience of delivering reinstatement cost assessments across a range of industries.
We are open to applications from all levels of experience, but experience in Reinstatement costs is required. Training and support will be provided.
Candidates will need to travel to client sites across the UK, with opportunity to complete work overseas.
Our valuation team complete end to end instructions for our clients to include all aspects of a traditional surveying role to include arranging and completing the site inspection, measurement, valuation and reporting. Working with support from Company Directors and our administration team, we expect team members to manage their diaries, complete work independently and liaise with colleagues when needed.
