As a Field Service Manager within Rushlift, you will successfully manage a team of regional Field Service & Resident engineers ensuring operational performance across the business to achieve and exceed agreed KPI’s. You will be responsible for delivering market leading customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction, whilst building strong relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing and guiding Field Service and Resident engineers, conducting performance evaluations.
- Overviewing KPI linked data for VOR’s, breakdowns and PM services.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Addressing customer enquiries and concerns.
- Analysing team performance metrics.
- Monitoring reports on service delivery and productivity.
- Monitor absenteeism and conduct Return to Work reviews.
- Authorisation of annual leave requests.
- Monitoring and authorization of overtime requests.
- Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collating accident investigation documentation and liaising with Health and Safety Manager.
- Review incoming CVs in collaboration with Operations Manager.
- Participation with interviewing process, and candidate selection.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven managerial experience and leadership within a technical environment.
- Material Handling industry knowledge.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
