As a Service Coordinator at Rushlift, you will provide efficient coordination of engineers and service schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate logging, communication, and timely resolution of service issues.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • To answer and log customer breakdowns and defects on the operating system
  • Ensure all data is accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Prioritise, allocate and distribute work to the Field Service Engineers
  • Ensure job completion within customer SLAs and internal KPIs
  • Organise and adjust service schedules as required
  • Co‑ordinate follow up work and ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare repair quotations and estimates
  • Order parts in collaboration with engineers and the parts department
  • Manage and distribute work to sub-contractors as necessary
