As the HR Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of day-to-day HR operations — ensuring accurate HR administration, supporting employee relations processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience across the business.

You’ll work closely with managers and the wider HR team, acting as a trusted first point of contact while maintaining high standards of compliance and data accuracy.

  • We're Looking For Someone Who Will
  • Manage end-to-end HR administration across onboarding, internal moves, contract changes, and offboarding
  • Prepare accurate employment documentation including offer letters, contracts, and amendments
  • Maintain up-to-date records within the HRIS and personnel files at all times
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, policies, and procedures
  • Support managers with employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Attend ER meetings as the HR representative, providing accurate documentation and formal notetaking where required
  • Track probation reviews, fixed-term renewals, and time-bound employment conditions
  • Ensure all HR activity aligns with UK employment legislation and internal policies
  • Support internal and external audits through data preparation and reporting
  • Collect, validate, and submit monthly payroll inputs
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Reward to ensure a smooth employee experience
