We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual who can communicate with students, staff, and parents in a positive and supportive manner. In this busy office environment, you will play an important role in providing a high-quality, professional service to students, visitors, parents, and external agencies.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver a welcoming, high-quality reception service, greeting and assisting parents, visitors, and external professionals with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage face-to-face enquiries and telephone conversations confidently, ensuring everyone feels supported and well-informed.
- Ensure all visitors are warmly welcomed, signed in safely, and directed to the appropriate person or area.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently, recording accurate messages and passing information on promptly.
- Prioritise urgent enquiries and respond to all communication in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Maintain a calm, organised, and friendly reception environment that supports the smooth running of the office.
- Support team operations during colleague absences to maintain continuity and ensure deadlines are met.
