Rushden Lakes is seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to join a fast-paced store. You will support and guide a team, deliver excellent service, and help keep the store running smoothly.
Expect 24 hours per week on a rotating schedule including weekends and a generous 40–60% discount on top outdoor brands. You’ll lead on the shop floor, mentor new colleagues, handle key holder duties, cashing up, and maintain safety and efficiency in a customer-focused environment.
