As a Support Worker, no two days are exactly the same, but your role is about supporting people to live their day in a way that feels safe, meaningful, and respectful. On a typical shift, you might help someone with personal care, support them with meals, offer reassurance, or spend time talking and engaging in activities they enjoy. You may support people to attend appointments, maintain routines, or manage more challenging moments with patience and calm. You will work as part of a team, following individual support plans and guidance, making sure support is provided safely while promoting independence and choice wherever possible.
We are recruiting:

- One Night Support Worker (waking nights)
Shifts are worked across seven days, including weekends. Rotas are issued fairly and four weeks in advance.

We are looking for people who take responsibility seriously and understand that consistency and reliability make a real difference to the people we support. You are someone who follows guidance, works well with others, and treats people with patience and respect, even on challenging days. You are comfortable communicating with colleagues and managers and are willing to ask for help or raise concerns when needed. You are open to learning, accepting feedback, and developing your skills over time. Full training and support will be provided.

We provide a structured induction and clear development pathway, so you feel confident and supported from day one. You will receive regular supervision, practical feedback, and ongoing guidance from experienced managers. We actively support people who want to build a long-term career in care. This includes funded access to NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Health and Social Care, where appropriate to the role, alongside service-specific training.
