About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior IT Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, multi-site role that’s ideal for someone with a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT issues, helping staff across the group with hardware, software, and network queries. You’ll also support the configuration and rollout of IT equipment, manage user accounts, and maintain accurate records of IT assets.

You’ll be expected to travel to different locations as needed, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential. (Mileage paid)

Key responsibilities include:

  • First-line support for IT queries via helpdesk, phone, and in-person
  • Installing and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Supporting user account management in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and other platforms
  • Escalating issues appropriately and ensuring clear communication with users
  • Contributing to IT projects and maintaining documentation

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting
  • Confidence working with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices
  • A helpful, patient approach with strong communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop in the role
  • A full UK driving licence and use of a car

Experience in an IT support role and knowledge of Active Directory, MDM platforms, or website content updates would be a bonus but not essential.
