Our Housing Options Team delivers frontline advice and assistance to households facing housing difficulties, working to prevent homelessness and meet our statutory obligations under homelessness legislation.
Housing Options Advisor - The Role:
You will be a key member of our Housing Options Team, providing comprehensive housing advice to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Working directly with households, you will carry out detailed assessments, develop personalised housing plans, make statutory homelessness decisions, and liaise with partner organisations to prevent homelessness.
