Rush interiors is hiring a FF&E and Office Manager – Interior Design Studio based in SW London, UK. The role is full-time, with a salary of circa £25-30k dependant on experience, and offers flexible hybrid working (typically 1 day a week remote).

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and passionate about interior design. They will support a variety of projects, managing both administrative and creative aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office & Client Management: oversee all office administration, manage incoming/outgoing emails and phone enquiries, and organise the director’s diary.
  • Creative & Design Support: liaise with CAD technicians, review and coordinate CAD plans, assist with interior schemes and concept boards for client presentations, and order samples.
  • FF&E Procurement: manage procurement for interior projects, source products from UK suppliers, and handle purchase orders, deliveries, and budgets efficiently.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • At least two years’ experience in a residential interior design company.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, SketchUp/Photoshop.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • UK Driving Licence & own car essential.
  • A polished communicator, fluent in English with strong written and spoken skills.
