We’re looking for dedicated, ambitious Stylists with an unwavering passion for creativity that can be seen in every task you complete. At Rush, we’ll inspire and motivate you to be your very best, and you’ll be guided by our highly innovative Artistic Team, that runs courses at our very own Rush Academy.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be responsible for listening to, advising, and satisfying your clients’ wishes, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable salon experience and to encourage repeat custom.
- We’ll expect you to stay up to date on industry news and trends, and consistently strive to improve and learn more about your artform.
- You’ll be open to, and excited by, the prospect of further training and courses where available.
- Junior and apprentice members of the team will also look to you for guidance as you progress at Rush.
Desired Qualifications
- You must have achieved a minimum of a Level 2 Professional Standards, a Level 3 Advanced and Creative or a previous NVQ qualification from Level 2.
