As a Front of House at Rush, you’ll take a valued role at the heart of day-to-day salon life, and play a crucial part in improving our overall performance. The clients will be an always-on focus for you, as you set the scene for everyone that enters and leaves the salon, and you’ll make each feel special and excited to return.
Responsibilities
- You’ll ensure our clients are looked after at every touch point.
- Answering phones efficiently and courteously to ensure the growth of salon revenue.
- You will support your team with bookings, taking payments, general housekeeping around the salon and providing refreshments for clients.
- This role can be very fast-paced, and you will find yourself multi-tasking regularly. So, you’ll need to be efficient and be able to maintain a high level of service at all times.
