RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused part-time Front of House to join our team in Stratford. As our Front of House, you will be an important member of our salon, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients.

Part Time (20 hours) including weekends.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients
  • Assisting with booking appointments
  • Managing the salon's schedule
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Handling client inquiries
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role, preferably in a salon or beauty spa
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle various administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Friendly and welcoming personality
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with booking systems is advantageous
