We are looking for a driven and experienced Hair Salon Manager to lead our busy Dorking salon. You will take full responsibility for team performance, client experience, and daily operations, with the support of a well-established brand behind you.

  • Proven experience working within a hair salon environment
  • Currently a Hair Salon Manager, Hair Stylist Manager, or Senior Stylist ready to step up
  • Strong leadership, people management & customer service skills
  • Confident in driving sales, KPIs & hitting targets
  • Passion for the hair & beauty industry
